Comprehensive Brand Store Strategist Role We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Comprehensive Brand Store Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and optimizing brand stores on Amazon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores, and excellent knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles. As a Comprehensive Brand Store Strategist, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales, increase visibility, and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Designing store architecture (home page, subpages, categories) - Selecting and uploading content: banners, lifestyle photos, descriptions, videos, CTAs - Implementing A/B tests (e.g. different page layouts, messages, product collections) - Strategy and performance analysis - Preparing a Brand Store strategy in terms of UX, storytelling and sales - Monitoring results (Store Insights, Brand Analytics) - Data-driven optimisation: heatmaps, clicks, user paths - Proposals for improvements to increase CTR, conversion and time spent on the site - Proofreading, checking if the content is correct and in line with the requirements as well as properly optimised (SEO recommendations), uploading and correcting the content - Files management, database adjustments, and data migration, PIM maintenanceCollaboration with creatives, briefing graphic designers and copywriters - Ensuring brand image consistency in the store, listing and advertising - Participating in meetings with the customer as a Brand Store specialist - Advising on improving content, website architecture and brand experience - Reporting results and optimisation recommendations - Managing and optimizing online product catalogs to increase visibility and conversions on the e-retailers' website, category recommendations Requirements for this position include: - Proven experience in eRetail, specifically in Amazon Brand Stores - Very good knowledge of Amazon Store Builder and Brand Analytics - Experience working with Amazon in the Seller or Vendor model - Practical knowledge of UX, e-commerce design, and conversion principles - Experience optimizing visual and written content for e-retailers - Knowledge of PIM tools such as Salsify - Good analytical and project management skills - Team player with excellent communication skills - Knowledge of SEO practices for eRetailers and tools like Helium10/ Jonugle Scout - Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset - Attention to Detail - Assertiveness and courage in presenting ideas - Advanced English Level - at least C1+
