We’re now looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR/SDR) who’s eager to grow in tech sales, passionate about solving problems, and ready to connect with businesses seeking reliable virtual desktop solutions. What you'll do - Lead Generation: Identify potential leads that match our ideal customer profile in SMB and mid-market segments. - Outbound Outreach: Connect with prospects through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels using structured outreach cadences. - Lead Qualification: Conduct discovery conversations to assess needs, fit, and readiness. - Relationship Building: Nurture interest by sharing insights, resources, and value-focused messaging. - CRM Management: Maintain clean, accurate records of prospect activity in HubSpot. - Performance Optimization: Track key metrics (e.g., open rates, conversion rates, calls per day) and iterate on outreach strategies. What You Bring - Interest or initial experience in B2B sales, ideally within tech or SaaS. - Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools (HubSpot, Apollo, etc.) is a plus. - Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal. - Curiosity, resourcefulness, and a drive to learn fast and grow. - Comfort working remotely and autonomously with a proactive mindset. - English fluency required; experience engaging with North American clients is a plus. - Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and a password manager (e.g., 1Password).
