Also known as a "Pre -Sales Consultant" or "Sales Consultant," the Solution Engineer is responsible for presenting product offerings and architecture in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in the company’s technology infrastructure, and to remove all technical objections in the sales cycle. To accomplish this, the Solution Engineer must have a strong desire to leverage their technical and/or sales skills, including the ability to solicit business requirements, develop a technical sales strategy, configure, and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address these requirements and provide business value. What roles are we looking to fill in Solutions Engineering? The SE team is organized into several smaller teams based on the products they are selling and the industry/vertical they are selling into. These teams exist in both the Commercial (small to mid-sized accounts) and Enterprise (largest) market segments. Qualifications - Experience in Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, Customer Success, or similar roles. - Strong presentation and communication skills. - Ability to solve technical problems collaboratively in varied environments. - Knowledge of applications, relational databases, web technology, cloud technology. - Experience in AI, automation, Generative AI Strategy, and LLM-based Autonomous Agents. - Established pre-sales professional background, preferably with CRM/AI companies. - Ability to build impactful assets, demonstrations, prototypes. - Proven project delivery skills in customer environments. - Experience working with large groups under pressure to deliver complex proposals and solutions. - Continuous learning mindset with a history of self-enablement and growth in technology and behavioral skills. - Effective communication across organizational levels, including presenting to senior stakeholders. - Self-management and organizational skills for prioritizing tasks. Preferred Qualifications - Salesforce Certifications. - Basic web programming experience (HTML and others).
