Collaboration - Partner on fire safety strategies. - Align projects with brand standards and safety requirements. - Advocate for architectural priorities in cross-functional meetings. Ownership - Manage architectural project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with guidelines and codes. - Lead strategic planning for the Architecture team. Qualifications - 8+ years of architectural experience. - 5+ years in hospitality architecture. - Proficiency with Bluebeam Revue. - Fluent in English and Spanish. - Willingness to travel 40% or more. Preferred Skills - Successful project delivery record. - Experience in Luxury Hospitality Design. - Proficiency in AutoCAD or Adobe Creative Suite. - Proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.
