Job Summary - We are seeking an experienced Billing Systems Analyst I to join our dynamic team. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for setting up customer billing schedules and procedures, processing and analyzing data, producing invoices and billing reports for Managed Service Customers, scheduling monthly activities with internal and external teams, supporting Managed Service customers via phone and email for billing or application questions, and being the first level of escalation for production incidents requiring problem-solving and time management skills.
