Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage a team of IT Support Engineers in a 24/7 environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper team scheduling and coverage, optimizing shifts to maintain continuous support. They will also track KPIs and SLAs, providing regular performance reports and insights.
