Head of Sales We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Sales to lead and scale our revenue operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for building and executing the go-to-market strategy, owning the full sales funnel, and directly managing and growing a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute a scalable GTM strategy across outbound, inbound, and partner channels. - Hire, mentor, and lead the sales team, including SDRs, AEs, and future sales hires. - Own the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and optimize processes to improve conversion rates and shorten cycles. - Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise prospects, navigating complex sales cycles and closing high-impact deals. - Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to align messaging, gather customer insights, and ensure product-market fit. - Monitor sales metrics, KPIs, and performance dashboards using HubSpot and other tools. - Identify new market segments, verticals, and opportunities for growth. - Create sales playbooks, training programs, and onboarding paths to ensure team readiness and consistent messaging. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including a leadership role. - Proven track record of building and scaling sales teams in startup or growth-stage environments. - Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing complex sales cycles with legal, compliance, or procurement stakeholders. - Deep understanding of outbound sales strategies and pipeline development. - Experience with HubSpot CRM is required. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (advanced proficiency required). - Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach and high comfort with ambiguity. - Passion for innovation and excitement about transforming the industry.
