Establish strategic partnerships with biotech and pharma clients to drive expansion across Europe About the Role We are seeking a proactive Business Development Director to lead our European business expansion in early-phase clinical trials (Phase 1-2) in oncology, CNS, and rare diseases. - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive market growth. - Identify and engage key decision-makers to build long-term partnerships. - Manage RFPs, lead negotiations, and deliver tailored solution presentations. Key Responsibilities 1. Develop new business pipelines and secure high-value contracts with biotech and pharmaceutical companies. 2. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events. 3. Work closely with internal teams to align business strategies with market needs. 4. Ensure client satisfaction and ongoing relationship management to drive repeat business. Requirements - Proven experience in business development within a full-service CRO, biotech, or pharma setting. - Strong understanding of early-phase clinical trials (Phase 1-2), particularly in oncology, CNS, and rare diseases. - Ability to develop new business pipelines and secure high-value contracts. - Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. - Strong negotiation and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
