We are expanding our events portfolio and seeking a highly motivated Event Coordinator to join our LATAM team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing events across the region, promoting the Genetec brand and driving business growth. You will work closely with the Corporate Events Team to ensure seamless execution of events and collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan and coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual equipment. - Manage event registrations, attendee lists, and follow-up communications. - Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator to develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies. - Research and recommend new vendors and services to improve event quality and efficiency. - Analyze event data and provide insights to inform future event planning. **Requirements:** - Minimum 2 years of experience in event planning or a related field. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other event planning tools. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. - Fluent Spanish language skills. - Professional working proficiency in English.
