Restaurant Supervisor Job We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and lead our restaurant team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. - Key Responsibilities: - Ensure smooth service, maintain high standards of food quality and presentation, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding customer service. - Manage staff scheduling, assignments, and performance evaluations, while maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. - Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. - Assist in menu planning, inventory management, and cost control, as well as collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain efficient communication between front and back of house. Requirements: - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in restaurant supervision or management, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting. - Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff. - Excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. - Proficiency in restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems. - Solid understanding of food and beverage operations, including knowledge of international cuisine. - Experience with wine pairing and beverage service. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Excellent communication skills in English. - High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
