That is why we are always looking to hire passionate and committed people with the right skills and business acumen, to deliver on our mission of customer centricity, innovation and collaboration & co - creation around the world. **The Key Account Manager is responsible for**: - Creating and execute a strategic account plan; - Acting as single point of contact to assigned customer base for Agfa products & services; - Accompanying prospective customers from first contact to closing of contract; - Accounts qualifications; - Managing the customer relationship and customer expectations during proposal & negotiation phase; - Negotiating with customers (new sales, upgrades, service contracts); - Explaining and demonstrating the sold products/solutions and think strategically with the customer; - Coordinating and control sales processes; - Being Sales contact in hand-over from sales to Services. **To be successful in the position, you will need**: - Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International trade, etc; - Knowledge in Windows, CRM’s, Lotus Notes/Outlook and Excel; - 5 years of Experience in Medical devices sales; - Intermediate knowledge of English. **Competencies**: Negotiations, Teamwork, Business Sense, Planning and Execution, Excellent Relations with Customers, Proactive, Creative, Outgoing.
