Position : Project Coordinator Work Hours (Client) : 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ES Location of Search : Preference: LATAM Role Overview This is not a traditional EA role. There’s no calendar management, travel booking, or note-taking here. Instead, you’ll act as the principal’s strategic operational extension — the “idea execution engine” that takes big-picture initiatives from concept to implementation, removes operational bottlenecks, and drives measurable growth across both companies. Your time will be split evenly across three pillars: Strategic Operations & Constraint Removal (33%) Content Ecosystem Management (33%) Cross-Business Project Management (33%) Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Operations & Constraint Removal Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies across both organizations. Develop and implement rapid solutions (daily/weekly resolution cycles). Create and improve processes, leveraging automation where possible. Conduct data-driven analysis to identify revenue leakage or cost optimization. Hold teams accountable for deadlines and deliverables. Contribute to EOS L10 meetings and quarterly planning. 2. Content Ecosystem Management Oversee and ensure the execution of content strategies across social media platforms. Coordinate guest booking for two podcasts: The Dealflow Podcast and The Dealmaker Podcast . Manage relationships with guest booking agencies for external appearances. Monitor and improve content quality, frequency, and brand consistency. Drive audience engagement and appointment bookings through social channels. 3. Cross-Business Project Management Lead new initiatives and product development projects from concept to delivery. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies. Maintain project timelines, ensuring weekly proof-of-concept milestones. Interface with COOs and executives to track and report on progress. Qualifications Experience Real estate operations and sales experience (PE knowledge a plus). High-ticket online sales/ascension model business background. Experience in both startups and scaled organizations. Strong project management track record with rapid execution cycles. EOS familiarity — must understand L10 meetings and quarterly rocks. Technical Skills Tech-forward mindset; adept with modern business tools and automation. Skilled in process documentation and optimization. Financial analysis and data interpretation capabilities.
