Document usage guidelines and specifications for alignment across teams. 4. Collaborate with front-end engineers to implement and test components, ensuring high fidelity between design and code. 5. Lead usability testing to optimize component performance and accessibility. 6. Evaluate the impact of the Design System through key metrics like scalability, usage, and efficiency. Requirements: 1. English proficiency at B1 level or above. 2. Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field. 3. At least 3 years of professional experience in UI design, with a focus on Design Systems. 4. A strong UI design portfolio showcasing your work during the interview. 5. Proficiency in tools like Figma, Miro, Affinity, and similar platforms. 6. Meticulous attention to detail and a clean, aesthetic design style.
