Description: We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in facilitating Agile teams and a strong background in the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English, enabling effective communication across diverse, multilingual teams. This role will guide and coach Agile teams to deliver high-quality products, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure alignment with organizational goals in a scaled Agile environment. Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.) for one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective collaboration and delivery. Coach teams on effective sprint planning and commitment practices to ensure timely delivery of work items Collaborate with other Scrum Masters, Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders in a SAFe environment to align team objectives with program and portfolio goals. Actively identify and remove team impediments and foster a culture where team members escalate blockers early. Promote a culture of continuous improvement. Hold sprint retrospectives, gather sprint metrics, and give feedback to the team processes and performance efficiency. Track and communicate team progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps) and metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.). Act as a bridge between Spanish- and English-speaking team members and stakeholders, ensuring clear and accurate communication. Support the adoption of SAFe practices, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt ceremonies. Ensure timely communication with Product Managers so cross-functional teams are aware of delivery risks or delays are identified. Encourage team accountability and ownership of sprint goals and deliverables. Secondary to Agile coaching responsibilities: Administrative support tasks for the supervisor: course enrollments, team updates reporting, follow-up on specific needs such as time-off and vacation requests, team integration meetings. Attend administrative meetings on behalf of the supervisor when they are unavailable. Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements: Degree in Systems Engineering or related fields. Specific knowledge: Certification as a Scrum Master (PSM) or SAFe is required. SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) es un plus. Advanced knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Ideally, experience in project management within the technology, finance, or healthcare sectors, handling large-scale projects.
