We're looking for a detail-driven professional to join our team as an Operations Analyst. As a key member of our operations department, you'll play a vital role in building performance management tools to monitor and communicate financial and operational performance. This exciting opportunity requires someone who loves working at the intersection of data and business management. You'll have the chance to work with various stakeholders, acquire, integrate, transform and work with data from different sources, and dig for insights to support business decisions. Some of your key responsibilities will include: - Building and maintaining reports and dashboards that our leaders use to evaluate the performance of our healthcare clinics - Understanding and validating major economic drivers such as volume, in-clinic workflows, revenue, and key costs like payroll and vendor supply expenses - Designing, updating and sharing clear, informative and reliable reports for a wide variety of audiences - Collecting and incorporating feedback from internal customers for ongoing updates to reporting You'll also have the opportunity to offer fast analytics for business management by translating operational questions into analytical frameworks, collaborating with our Data Science team and other analysts to learn our data, conducting ad hoc analyses to guide leaders' decisions, identifying and sharing key insights, limitations, and assumptions.
