Requirements: - Proven experience growing YouTube channels (personal or professional). - Strong understanding of YouTube SEO, algorithm, and analytics. - Ability to translate data into content and strategy decisions. - Familiarity with tools like TubeBuddy, VidIQ, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and digital video trends. - Excellent communication and project management skills. - Experience in content marketing, digital media, or social media strategy is a plus.
