Responsibilities: - Manage and update our Applicant Tracking System to ensure seamless candidate management. - Schedule and conduct phone screens to assess candidate fit and qualifications. - Assist in building an event calendar that includes career fairs, campus onsite visits, and networking meetups to attract top talent. - Analyze and report on candidate pipeline data to inform recruitment strategies. Ideal Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in HR, People Operations, Recruiting, or Organizational Development, or relevant field. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. - Affinity for startups and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
