Position**:Fullstack Software Engineer Specialist** **_Purpose:_** **Must Have Skills**: 1) React (Front-end) 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience 2) Node.js (Backend for front-end layer) 3 to 5+ years of hands on experience 3) HTML, CSS, Typescript 3 to 5+ years of hands on experience **Nice To Have Skills**: - Experience with Accessibility (implement accessibility related functions onto app - code, etc.) 3 to 5+ years of hands on experience - Prior FI / Scotiabank experience preferred (Digital) - Agile/Scrum - FI/Banking experience **Soft Skills**: - Hit the ground running - Strong communication skills (written & verbal), interacting with Product, Design and Back-end Teams - Self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution, ability to meet dynamic changes on prioritization **Education**: - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science - Working Conditions_ - Work in a standard office-based environment; non-standard hours are a common occurrence.
