There’s never been a more exciting time to join Deel — the market leader in international payroll and compliance. **Responsibilities**: - Creating and facilitating training to SDRs teams, including conducting regular audit/assessment and determining how best to accelerate performance - Building strategic relationships with SDR leaders and managers in your regions and acting as a thought leadership partner for the global SDR leadership team to identify opportunities to reduce time to proficiency - Creating and facilitating new hire training to new hire cohorts, including conducting regular audit/assessment and determining how best to reduce time to value - Collaborating with senior SDR leadership to identify new processes that support sales success - Defining and tracking key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to new hire onboarding to demonstrate return on investment (ROI) and overall program impact - Partnering with Revenue Operations to identify areas for strategic improvement - Implementing standardized best practices sharing for the global SDR enablement team to help uncover and qualify new opportunities for improvement - Presenting or creating additional learning materials as needed to support the broader team. **Requirements**: - 3+ years of experience in revenue/sales enablement with strong focus on learning & development and/or training - Strong program and project management acumen, reporting and showing success of programs. - Strong presentation skills, with the ability to engage audiences using conference technology. - Success with remote learning environments (Google Meet preferred). - Experience using learning management systems to track learning. - Strong verbal communications skills including presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail. - Interest and experience with integrating digital emerging technology and innovation into learning & development programs. - Strong knowledge of learning development and measurement standards and strategies - Ideally bilingual Spanish and Portuguese speaker **Total Rewards** Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
