Job Description: Sutherland is seeking an attentive andgoal-oriented person to join us as a Professional Service SalesExecutive for the NICE Actimize program. As a Services SalesExecutive, you own the entire process of services engagement withinthe sales cycle related to license opportunities as well as anyvalue expansion (extension) services. This includes selling thevalue of Actimize Professional Services early in the sales cycle,responding to the services elements of RFIs and RFPs, preparingproposals, working closely with Sales and Professional Services toproduce a Statement of Work (SOW), negotiating with clients toclose Statements of Work (SOW), and successfully managing a cleanhandover to the delivery team. The Professional Service SalesExecutive performs a wide range of duties including some or all thefollowing: 1. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategyfor the sale of professional services. 2. Build and maintain strongrelationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers withinclient organizations to understand their business challenges andoffer tailored services. 3. Work closely with product sales teamsin North America to provide a cohesive solution to clients,ensuring the integration of services and products aligns withcustomer needs. 4. Work and offer proposed solutions and articulatetheir true value based upon customer’s strategy and directions. 5. Develop effort estimates using an in-house developed estimatingtool. 6. Lead the creation of proposals and statements of work(SOW) using in-house developed templates, negotiating terms,conditions, and pricing to close deals that meet clientexpectations and drive business growth. 7. Work with the servicedelivery teams to achieve early alignment in preparation fordelivery. 8. Assist the team in the creation, maintenance, anddistribution of Professional Services sales materials andtemplates. 9. Meet and exceed sales targets by selling consulting,implementation, and ongoing support services within assignedportfolio of accounts. 10. Demonstrate a high level of ownership ofservices opportunities and maintain a continuous pipeline. 11. Provide accurate weekly forecasting. Qualifications: - AdvancedEnglish level B2+, this is a fully bilingual position. - 6+ Yearsof Project Management or Project Delivery experience Preferred -External Consulting or Professional Services experience as a vendorwith selling Services – Preferred - Experience selling softwaresolutions (Not Hardware or infrastructure) - Financial servicesexperience (banking, brokerage, or insurance) - Preferred -Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills -Comfort with internal and external negotiation. - Able to conveythe value of services as part of an overall solution sale. -Client-facing manner. - Ability to problem solve in a dynamicenvironment. - Strong sense of ownership for your work product -Team-oriented - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced,dynamic environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sales
