With operations in Colombia, Mexico and Brazil, at Chiper we are customer obsessed and mission driven, keeping an eye out for hungry talent who want to join us in building the future of B2B e-commerce in Latin America. **About the Role** You will be part of the Operational Excellence team leading the Share Services Center-SSC (Shared Services Center) whose main objective is to bring Chiper's operation to world-class performance levels, providing centralized services to different countries, achieving a standardized and efficient operation. You will have a team in charge according to the different activities that are centralized, you will develop new ways of carrying out the processes, identifying the best practices within Chiper and in the market. You will implement improvements that positively impact the economic units to leverage the growth of the company **What You'll Do** - You will fully manage the human group that works in the SSC (dozens of employees) - You will constantly propose the adoption of innovative methods and processes that generate efficiencies - You will worry about offering excellent customer service (you will have many internal customers) - You will communicate effectively and constructively with stakeholders inside and outside the SSC - You will follow an adequate financial discipline to keep the operation of the SS under budget, - You will use cost-benefit analysis to decide on the implementation of initiatives - You must exercise leadership both in person and virtually - eleven. - You will use clearly and adequately defined performance indicators to measure the performance of SSC in each of the functions. - Lead daily meetings with your team, where the results of the previous day are seen and action plans for continuous improvement are established. - You will define the medium / long term strategy for the SSC **We're looking for**: - Professional in administrative, engineering or economic careers. - 5 years of experience in service areas and/or customer-oriented processes. - Leadership of high performance teams - Ability to work in a volatile environment and under pressure. - Good management of google tools and databases - Experience in training / training **What does success look like?** - Have a team managing centralized activities that generate value in the different Chiper processes via operational efficiencies, standardization or cost savings - Have implemented the SSC with a team serving the countries in an efficient, centralized manner and generating value **What you’ll find when working at Chiper**: An environment rewarding on the we work hard with energy and passion for what we do.
