Fist Bump, a client of trades.org, is hiring guest services and hospitality operations professionals to join the team. **About the Role**: It’s your job to make guests feel welcome, ensure their stay is pleasant, and help keep the business running smoothly. - Half of your time will be spent on customer success. _You’ll handle reservations, answer guest questions, and work with the team to resolve unexpected issues. - Half of your time will be spent on business operations. _You'll manage listings, coordinate with cleaning and maintenance crews, and help ensure the business operates smoothly._ **Responsibilities**: - Customer Success:_ - Read and respond to guest inquiries promptly via text and over the phone - Handle reservation modifications and rate negotiations - Actively listen to and resolve complaints - Analyze customer feedback and suggest ways to improve ratings - Business Operations:_ - Manage our cleaning and maintenance schedules - Manage our listings to help increase our reservations and ratings - Identify and implement opportunities for improvement **Requirements**: - Spoken and written fluency in English (C1 or better) - Excellent customer service skills over text and on the phone - Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving with a business mindset - Strong sense of responsibility and a professional presentation - Interest and motivation to help a small business grow and succeed - customer service and hospitality, like a Guest Relations or Reservations Manager - business operations, people management, or P&L; management experience, like a Hotel Manager **Benefits** Fist Bump manages short and medium-term vacation rental properties in Austin, TX. - We care about our culture_.
