Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement efficient processes to handle high volumes of invoices and customer inquiries via calls and emails. - Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open accounts receivable, while providing excellent service to internal and external customers. - Process invoice write-offs, respond to internal and external requests, and manage competing priorities.
