Payroll Professional The Payroll Professional is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely employee payments by executing payroll processes and procedures, and performing activities in strict compliance with established guidelines. Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end payroll processing as detailed in the global and local Performance System Standard Work Instructions (SWI) - Capturing and maintaining employee data impacting payroll, such as variable compensation data with associated calculations or deductions, within established deadlines - Payroll-related data from internal applications interfaces into the payroll system before the deadline - - Checks, controls, variance analysis and reconciliations during pre-payroll processing and before payroll is finalized - PAYROLL final approval and salary release within established timelines - Submit third-party payments, including statutory payments such as income tax and social contributions, in a timely manner and file acknowledgements of payments for audit reference - Coverage HR Processes and Systems teams, third-party information providers and service providers to ensure efficient and accurate payroll processing - Review, respond to and close employee queries or requests pertaining to payroll within established key performance indicators (KPIs) - Maintain proper quality and audit controls in keeping with established standards and maintain proper payroll records for audit purposes Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering - Interest in a position in Payroll and long-term career in HR - Intermediate English command - Intermediate Excel skills We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits tailored to support your well-being and growth.
