Sr. GTM Engineer Latin America (remote) About the Role We're hiring a Sr. Go to Market Engineer Lead to build and optimize revenue-generating systems across Marketing, Sales, and Rev Ops. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline funnel workflows, launch experimentation roadmaps, and increase pipeline velocity. This is a high-impact, high-autonomy role ideal for someone fluent in modern GTM tech and growth frameworks. Key Responsibilities GTM Systems & Automation (25%) - Build automated workflows for data enrichment, intent signals, and lifecycle triggers in Hub Spot and related tolos - Use Make.com, Clay.com, and APIs to eliminate manual tasks and surface real-time GTM insights Funnel Optimization & Experimentation (25%) - Map the buyer journey and own the testing roadmap (CTAs, layouts, offers, nurture flows) - Run end-to-end A/B and multivariate tests, report outcomes, and share learnings Pipeline Creation & S&M; Collaboration (35%) - Partner with Sales & Marketing to identify gaps that limit outbound capacity - Deploy prospecting and enrichment automations to increase rep outreach and reduce time-to-first-meeting - Integrate firmographic and intent data to improve targeting precision Tech Stack Governance (15%) - Audit current martech and salestech stack for redundancies - Recommend scalable, future-proof tools and maintain documentation of data flows Success Indicators (First 36 Months) - Daily rep outreach increases through workflow automations - Lead routing and enrichment reduce time-to-first-meeting to under 24 hours - Higher conversion across MEL MQL SQL and SQL Opportunity stages - Redundant tools are retired and GTM stack efficiency improves Requirements - 3+ years in GTM Enablement, Growth Marketing, or Rev Ops at a B2B SaaS company - 2+ years of customer-facing sales experience (SDR, AE, or Solutions Engineering) - Deep hands-on experience with Clay.com, including custom data models and API integrations - Advanced skills with Make.com and Hub Spot CRM - Proven ability to design, execute, and analyze funnel experiments - Strong understanding of ABM, attribution models, and data hygiene best practices - Familiarity with advanced GTM concepts: intent data, lead scoring, and AI-driven personalization Preferred Qualifications - Experience with SQL or scripting - Familiarity with UnifyGTM and/or Smartlead Compensation & Logistics - Full-time, remote role open to candidates based in Latin America - Must have advanced English (C1 or C2) and be available to work US time zones - Competitive USD compensation Company Overview This company is building next-gen revenue systems by uniting Sales, Marketing, and CS through automation, data, and experimentation.
