Ad Operations Expert We are seeking an experienced Ad Operations professional to ensure the flawless delivery and performance of both Direct and Programmatic advertising campaigns. - Serves as a technical expert and media trader, responsible for pre-sales support, campaign trafficking, debugging creative and delivery issues, and managing escalations. - Set up and manage campaign delivery and optimization across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) and Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs), focusing on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as viewability, completion rates, and Click-Through Rate (CTR). - Monitors pacing, capping, brand safety, and campaign health to ensure goals are met. Responsibilities: - Lays out, manages, and optimizes campaigns across Connected TV (CTV), Online Video Leaderboard (OLV), and Display channels. - Setup and manages programmatic deals (Private Marketplaces and Programmatic Guaranteed) across various SSPs. - Generates and delivers campaign performance reports to Sales and Finance for accurate administration and invoicing. - Participates in strategic inventory initiatives including yield management, premium offerings, and strategic partner fill. - Provides feedback on best practices, tools, and platforms; participates in product testing and benchmarking. Requirements: - Minimum 3+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns. - Hands-on experience with DSPs, specifically The Trade Desk and DV360. - In-depth understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, Ad Exchanges, and data partners. - Proven experience setting up and optimizing PMP and PG deals across multiple SSPs. - Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
