Social Graphic Designer (Full-Time, Remote | CT Hours) Compensation: $1,500–$3,000/month We're looking for a Graphic Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks creatively, and designs with purpose. This isn’t your typical corporate gig — the focus is on building a bold, results-driven brand across digital channels. What You’ll Do: Own the design and build of landing pages (HubSpot or WordPress) Design decks, ad creatives (Meta, Google, LinkedIn), lead magnets (eBooks, checklists, PDFs) Create web assets, iconography, and collateral for events Ensure brand consistency across marketing, sales, and ops Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently What You Bring: 1–3 years of graphic design experience Strong portfolio (lead magnets, landing pages, ads, etc.) Mastery of Canva ; familiarity with HubSpot , WordPress , basic HTML/CSS Excellent design fundamentals and ability to juggle multiple projects Comfortable working remotely and aligned with CT hours Nice to Have: Experience with performance marketing and paid campaigns A/B testing knowledge, email design experience, video collaboration Portfolio Must Include: Canva designs Lead magnets (PDFs, checklists, guides) Ad creative (paid social or PPC) Landing pages or web assets If you’re a high-output, conversion-minded designer ready to help shape a fast-growing brand — we want to see your work.
