As a **Back Office Specialist**, you will have the objective of supporting the administrative tasks related to our client's operational and accounting processes. **Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**: - Adding beginning and ending balances for bank statements using Excel. - Using files collected from the client to create a complete and organized loan package that is ready to be given to the lending institution for the commercial loan. - Inputting and updating information in the CRM and other online portals. - Performing basic underwriting to determine appropriate banks based upon the client file. **Requirements**: **What would help you succeed**: - Believe and love what you do. - Very friendly, good attitude. - Proactive. - Task and detail-oriented - Organized. - Excel skills. **Minimum requirements**: - ** Studies**: High School Degree is **required**. Having a Bachelor's degree is not required but is a plus, desirable studies in International Business, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finances, Logistics or any other career related. - **Experience**: At least 6 months of experience in bilingual customer service, bilingual operations or logistics. Experience in data management, back office or any administrative related positions would be a plus. - **Language**: Very good English skills. B2+ or higher is preferred. **Perks**: - ** Schedule**:From November to March (winter season) the schedule will be from **9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m** because of daylight saving ending. Then, the rest of the year the schedule may be Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m (We work by the American calendar). - **Places**: Only for Medellín.
