Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as extensive knowledge of products offered for institutional clients, are required. About the Role: 1. Develop growth strategies with the Team Leader and propose strategies for achieving them. 2. IDentify and drive institutional sales opportunities, building a healthy pipeline through sourcing and converting prospective opportunities from consulting to advisory services with institutional clients in the LATAM region. 3. IDentify competency gaps in regional teams and propose strategies for bridging them. 4. Provide guidance to all team members on strategizing and prioritizing sales opportunities. 5. Develop client profiling, identifying previous success cases and developing them into viable efforts to repeat success. 6. Closed sales opportunities, particularly high-revenue and high-impact value deals. 7. Ensure prospects or new clients are in good standing and do not introduce risk to the OKX business. 8. Lead special projects within the wider team. Requirements: - Experience in sales, preferably in a financial institution or fintech company. - Strong understanding of the LATAM region and its dynamics. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Extensive knowledge of products offered for institutional clients. - Proven track record of building prospect pipelines, developing opportunities, and closing deals.
