This is an entry-level position that requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily upkeep of the company, including answering telephone calls, greeting visitors, and ensuring knowledge of staff movements. The successful candidate will assist with the recruitment process by working closely with the management team to ensure a positive image of the organization. Additionally, they will work with the remote Recruitment Team in an offshore location to periodically attend virtual meetings and share ideas. This role will serve as the first point of contact for visiting clients and potential employees, requiring excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people. - Main Responsibilities: - Answer telephone calls, screen, and direct as needed - Greet persons entering the organization and direct them to the correct destination - Ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of the organization - Work with the remote Recruitment Team to periodically attend virtual meetings and share ideas - Assist applicants with completing the online application and administer testing - Process candidates' appointment settings for final interview with hiring managers - Set up medical appointments for potential hires - Help with the collection and revision of new hires' documents - Contact candidates regarding their status when required - Receive and sort mail and deliveries - Schedule appointments and meetings for departments other than Recruitment
