Job Title: Sales Development Representative At our organization, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in turning inbound and paid advertising leads into scheduled evaluations. Responsibilities: - Respond to new inbound leads within 5 minutes of opt-in from paid ads (Google & Meta). - Conduct 10-15 minute discovery calls to qualify leads and educate them on services. - Implement a structured follow-up strategy: >> 3x/day for the first 3 days. >> 2x/day for the next 2 days. - Address objections and explain the pricing model effectively. - Convert qualified leads into booked physical therapy evaluations. - Track all communications in our CRM system and maintain accurate records. - Communicate promptly with the internal team via Slack (5-minute response time expected). - Manage outreach via phone and email channels efficiently. Requirements: - Experience in high-volume outbound call roles. - Sales or appointment-setting background, ideally with objection handling. - Bilingual in Spanish and English. - Strong verbal communication and emotional intelligence. - Comfortable with CRM systems, Slack, and Google Sheets. - Highly responsive and dependable in a fast-paced setting.
