Job Description We're looking for a highly skilled Business Process Management Specialist to manage the design and redesign of business processes. As a key member of our team, you'll work with advanced tools and technologies to automate processes and guide teams toward continuous improvement. - Design and implement business processes to eliminate inefficiencies and bottlenecks. - Lead transformation initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals. - Evaluate process performance using KPIs and data analysis. - Develop and execute plans to automate processes through RPA, workflow automation, and advanced BPM tools. - Train and guide internal teams on BPM methodologies and best practices. Required Skills and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: - A degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Systems, or related fields. - At least 5 years of experience in BPM and process improvement management. - Continuous improvement certifications (BPM, Lean, Six Sigma Green Belt or higher) are a plus. - Advanced knowledge of BPM modeling tools (Bizagi, ARIS, Visio, etc.). - Familiarity with process automation tools (RPA, workflow automation). - Data analysis experience using tools like Power BI, SQL, Python, or similar. - A solid background in project management and familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Proficiency in English (C1).
