Job Description WORK ASSIGNMENT: JASAAN/VILLANUEVA Summary: Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance and Monitoring Respond to reactive maintenance work notification within 24 hours. Initiate onsite maintenance repair work within 48 hours of notification/request. Perform remote and onsite troubleshooting following Customer’s procedures and OEM manuals. Remove and replace failed parts as per OEM manual or Customer’s directions. Manage onsite spare parts inventory according to Customer’s instructions. Support Return Material Authorization (RMA) processes for failed parts under warranty, as directed by the Customer. Assist in root cause analysis with Customer and OEM. Communicate corrective issues promptly to Customer’s 24/7 Operations team. Scope expansion possible through mutual agreement between Customer and MPI APC. Monitor electrical/instrumentation equipment performance. Document electrical maintenance activities accurately and interpret related data. Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspect ongoing electrical installation activities. Inspect electrical material deliveries. Attend electrical inspections with Customer/contractor representatives. Submit inspection requests in coordination with site/project engineers. Prepare daily QA/QC reports on inspections, materials, and non-conformances. Compile weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports, and verify corrective actions. Review drawings and documents for approval and compliance. Ensure calibration and valid certificates for all equipment used. Assist in preparing final handover documents such as QC/QA reports and testing/commissioning reports. Minimum Qualifications Licensed Electrical Engineer. At least three (3) years of experience as an electrical/instrumentation Supervisor in power plant maintenance or manufacturing industries. Good oral and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, is advantageous. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
