Responsabilities: he credit & Collections Analyst must be a responsible person with great skills in Microsoft, a selfresourceful person who looks for solutions with the knowledge acquired and has a high level of spoken and written English, you must have logic and math skills to work with invoice histories of large clients, experience in customer service and calls handling. Take different type of calls regarding general customer inquiries. Make outbound calls to suspended customers with open AR in their accounts. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external parties. Process high volume of invoice write offs. Respond via email to different internal and external customer requests.
