Job Description: - The primary goal is to ensure absolute customer satisfaction, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build lasting relationships with clients. Your central responsibility will be to set and implement strategies to improve the quality of service, customer retention, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Developing and implementing customer service policies and procedures - Managing and leading a team of customer service staff - Handling complex customer complaints or inquiries - Training staff to deliver a high standard of customer service - Monitoring staff's performance and motivating them to reach targets - Tracking customer interactions and recording details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken - Conducting regular surveys and analyzing feedback to improve services - Ensuring effective communication with customers and maintaining a positive brand image - Collaborating with other departments to ensure the company meets or exceeds customer expectations - Setting customer satisfaction goals and working towards meeting them - Work with managers in other departments to address customer complaints or concerns as needed.
