Senior Search Engine Optimization Strategist We seek a talented SEO strategist to own and lead our search engine optimization efforts. This role requires a strong mix of technical SEO knowledge, content strategy leadership, data analysis, and cross-functional coordination. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business goals and KPIs. - Conducting high-level SEO audits and delegating implementation tasks to team members. - Overseeing keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles. - Collaborating with the content team to guide SEO-focused content strategy, ensure copy quality, and identify opportunities to grow rankings and conversions. - Analyzing performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; delivering actionable insights and monthly reports to stakeholders. - Monitoring algorithm updates and adapting strategies accordingly. - Coordinating with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site-wide. Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing agency environment. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field. - Excellent command of the English language. - Deep understanding of SEO (technical, on-page, and off-page). - Google Analytics Certified. - Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly. - Very high attention to detail.
