Job Title: Supply Chain Optimization Specialist We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Optimization Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment of process optimization roadmaps, including process design input for indirect procurement processes. This role will work closely with Requisition to Pay Operations teams and a wide range of business partners globally, providing expertise and input into process and technology design to support indirect procurement processes. About the Role The Indirect Procurement Subject Matter Expert will be responsible for: - Supporting the definition of process/technology requirements for indirect procurement, providing input on local requirements/considerations - Ensuring adoption of new processes and supporting local teams on process/technology implementation, including end user training - Providing guidance and insights on system reporting/metrics, defining continuous improvement opportunities - Ensuring compliance of indirect procurement processes/technology, considering where controls should be embedded - Developing and maintaining desktop procedures for indirect procurement processes - Creating testing plans and coordinating execution within regions for indirect procurement systems, including integration with SAP Requirements To be considered for this role, you will need: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management - A minimum of 4 years of procurement experience, with a focus on process optimization - Fluency in English (C1 level minimum) - Knowledge and understanding of indirect procurement processes - Knowledge of end-to-end process design, process improvement, systems improvement, and process controls - Understanding of finance principles, including financial controls - Detailed-oriented and structured approach to work What We Offer We offer a competitive benefit package, paid company holidays, paid vacation, volunteer time, and learning & development opportunities.
