The Job Responsibilities - Work within the Saber system to issue tickets quickly and accurately. - Use our ticketing portal to process and complete ticket requests efficiently. - Monitor and respond to calls from airlines as needed. - Collaborate with our 24-hour on-call team to ensure uninterrupted service. The Profile Requirements - Proficiency in Saber is required. - Ability to issue tickets within 30 seconds . - Strong English communication skills. - Availability on Sundays (non-negotiable), with potential for additional hours based on business needs. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues efficiently.
