**Duties**: - Responsible for support of the capture, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-technology end-to-end system solutions in the LATAM region. - Engaging and managing subcontract efforts, including identifying and qualifying subcontractors, generate bid packages, evaluate bids and establishing expectations. - Responsible for managing customer and execution team. - Support sales engagements. Collaborate with the sales account teams in opportunities where services elements are needed. Participate in RFI/RFP responses; provide scope and cost estimates for professional services offerings. - Generate and track Statement of Work (SOW), project cost, schedules, and staffing plans. - Responsible for understanding and implementing US based revenue recognition and SOX rules. - Establish project schedule to include product delivery, logistics, contractual and partnership dependencies. - Tracking and managing change orders and open issues to closure. - Follow established communications paths to provide timely and accurate update of key project issues/events to internal organizations and management. - Work with financial and accounting groups to ensure accurate tracking of project execution and cost. **Required Qualifications and Skills**: - Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. - Experience managing multidisciplinary teams in the delivery of customer specified end to end technical and system solutions. - Familiar with cloud technologies and public cloud infrastructures such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud. - Strong presentation and communication skills required. - Experience managing complex Subcontract efforts. - Must be comfortable working in a dynamic, multicultural, interrupt and customer driven environment. **Experience**: - Extensive experience leading cross-functional team in the delivery of customer specified technology solutions. This includes business capture support, project execution, and customer management. - Experience in digital video broadcast, video on demand (VOD), streaming, and data center infrastructure implementations preferred. - Cable Access market knowledge and proven Project Management experience - As primary point of contact responsible for the overall system delivery, establish a strong relationship with strategic and technology partners to cooperate on business opportunities and jointly offer a comprehensive ecosystem - Language: English and Spanish language required.
