The Associate Director of Product Management oversees and manages product development functions and processes for a specific solution or set of solutions. Key Responsibilities - Gather input from internal stakeholders and external resources - Act as the product owner in an agile development process, collaborating with designers and engineers to make strategic decisions about product functionality - Collaborate with vendors to provide technical management on delivery of platforms and services - Propose and manage demand for application work - Define and manage project budgets - Provide VIP support in conjunction with relevant teams - Capture business and functional requirements and write precise specifications for development teams - Manage projects through all phases - Serve as the primary contact to the business for systems Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Systems Engineering - Certified in PMP, ITIL V3, CPIM, or MSCE (nice to have) - Ability to apply platform support and troubleshooting methodologies - Prior experience in product management or business analysis roles - Experience with continuous integration and automated deployment practices - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office
