In this role, you will combine the excitement of a fast-growing AI venture with the stability of a well-established corporation. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement: Act as the trusted point of contact for clients, ensuring a clear understanding of their business needs and delivering solutions that create measurable value. End-to-End Project Management: Lead software implementation projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives. Quality Assurance: Oversee and perform functional and accuracy testing of our AI-powered analytics tools to guarantee exceptional performance and user experience. Team Collaboration: Coordinate across developers, data scientists, and UX/UI designers to align technical outputs with business goals. Proactive Issue Resolution: Identify, troubleshoot, and manage the resolution of any issues during testing and deployment phases. Transparent Reporting: Maintain clear project documentation, milestone tracking, and regular updates for all stakeholders. The Profile Minimum 2 years’ experience in managing software development or implementation projects—preferably in AI, data analytics, SaaS, or related technology. Proven skills in client relationship management and translating business needs into technical solutions. Knowledge of quality assurance/testing methodologies and tools. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and data analytics platforms is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required; Spanish proficiency is a plus for regional client communications.
