Junior Customer Service Associate Job The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is critical in ensuring the quality and accuracy of market data insights by working with global methodologies and cutting-edge automation tools. - Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients. - Develop level 1 and 2 coverages using the global playbook for coverage established. - Ensure timely and accurate data entry, collaborating closely with internal teams to resolve issues and deliver actionable insights. Responsibilities: - Apply NielsenIQ methodologies and the Global Coverage Playbook to develop precise and timely data coverages. - Validate and process client submissions, ensuring consistency with internal NielsenIQ information. - Collaborate with the local Issue Management team to resolve issues, prevent errors, and guarantee high-quality analysis. - Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, delivery times, and operational efficiency. - Manage complex databases, integrating information from multiple sources. - Analyze data to identify patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement. - Propose and implement process improvements, including automation using Power BI, R, Python, or emerging technologies like AI/ML. - Communicate findings and solutions clearly and professionally to internal and external clients. Requirements: - 6 months to 3 years of experience in similar roles in data insights or data analysis (essential). - Advanced Excel skills, including macros (essential). - Intermediate to advanced Python or R skills (essential). - Intermediate or advanced English language skills (B1 or B2 level) are a plus but not required. - Power BI knowledge is desirable; familiarity with automation tools, AI/ML is an asset but not mandatory. - Relevant university degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Engineering. - Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment in Bogotá.
