As a key contributor, you will write impeccable code to design scalable and sustainable solutions. Your work will empower our internal teams to build more delightful and efficient solutions, significantly impacting Twilio's overall operations. **Responsibilities** In this role, you will: - Use your skills and creativity to solve problems and build functionality into Twilio's Internal Platforms and Tools - Develop and maintain software, contributing to the overall success of Integrated Solutions Team - Work with a small and collaborative team, whiteboarding ideas, building full stack products, Apis and services - Engage in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including project planning, designing, coding, testing, deployment, and monitoring. - Perform thorough and thoughtful code reviews to help maintain a high standard of code quality - Support production operations, building, releasing and assisting with team on-call - Craft clear and concise documentation - Work closely with a talented team of cross-functional engineers, designers and product managers. **Qualifications** **Required**: - 3+ years of software development experience in JavaScript or a related OO language - Strong understanding of REST APIs, including how they work and how to integrate with different tools using APIs - Passionate about technology and enthusiasm for learning and working with new technologies - Champion good engineering habits (development and testing techniques, security, tech debt balance, agile habits) within your team - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Bachelor's and/or Master's degree, preferably in CS, or equivalent experience **Desired**: - Experience developing on ServiceNow Platform - Experience on Atalssian tools (Jira, Confluence) - Experience developing for AWS services **Location**: This role will be remote and based in our Bogota, Colombia office. **What We Offer**: There are many benefits to working at Twilio, including, in addition to competitive pay, things like generous time-off, ample parental and wellness leave, healthcare, a retirement savings program, and much more.
