Job Overview: Talent Acquisition Partner Vantage Specialty Chemicals is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will be responsible for attracting and selecting top talent for various positions within the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct kickoff meetings with hiring managers and HR teams to define recruitment needs and psychotechnical characteristics required for each position. - Map and evaluate candidates, creating shortlists of potential hires based on qualifications and experience. - Coordinate the logistics of each phase of the recruitment process, ensuring compliance with established procedures. - Coordinate psychotechnical tests and ensure they meet the needs of each position. - Manage pre-admission studies, adjusting them to legal guidelines in each country. - Prepare and review salary offers for selected candidates with HR management, ensuring timely completion of the step. - Collect and present selection process documents to HR teams, detailing dates and conditions determined for contracts. - Collaborate with HR management to develop new talent attraction strategies, construct talent pools, and streamline recruitment processes. - Ensure new vacancies or processes are registered in Workday according to established policies. Requirements: Education & Experience: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. - Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in recruitment and selection, with headhunting experience highly desirable.
