We are seeking a skilled Business Development Analyst to drive performance of our Partner Program and the overall Ecosystem through insightful analysis and reporting. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver timely financial and business insights to inform strategic decisions by partners and stakeholders. - Develop data-driven roadmaps for process improvements, aligning team OKRs with key initiatives. - Analyze and interpret complex data sets for multiple stakeholders in Business Development and Partnerships. - Maintain accurate knowledge bases on ecosystem partnerships to educate internal and external stakeholders. - Participate in regular team meetings to identify issues and implement operational improvements. - Collaborate with our Specialist team to onboard new brand clients and manage partner intake, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Work closely with client's billing and accounting teams to establish reporting, billing, and collections processes. - Analyze partner-driven sales pipeline performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement. Requirements: - Minimum 2 years of experience in an analyst role. - Advanced analytical skills, with expertise in collecting, organizing, and disseminating large datasets accurately. - Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven ability to work independently. - Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain resolutions and best practices effectively. - Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools. - Experience with Looker, Tableau, or comparable BI tools. - Basic database management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
