Job Description The Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of tasks, including: - End-to-end project or program management - Scope Management - Time Management - Cost Management - Quality Management - Communications Management - Procurement/Subcontractor Management - Stakeholder (internal and external) Management The Project Manager will: - Manage all phases of the project: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control, and Closing - Apply the NICE project management methodology, processes, tools, techniques, and templates effectively - Define project tasks, prepare project plans, monitor, manage, and communicate project progress - Manage project scope and scope changes - Motivate and manage the team assigned to the project, providing feedback on their performances - Be the single point of contact for assigned projects and represent Sutherland in internal and external forums by providing effective communication - Act as a trusted adviser for assigned clients, assisting with the development of roadmaps and other long-range plans for leveraging the solution and maximizing ROI - Manage issues proactively, provide visibility of issues and resolution to stakeholders, and escalate internally as required to resolve issues - Report on the project status to internal and external stakeholders accurately on agreed frequency - Manage project-related revenue and revenue forecast, keeping management systems updated to reflect revenue forecasting - Measure the quality and efficiency of each delivery, providing feedback on lessons learned and suggestions for future improvements, contributing to project management methodology improvements, and assessing project results Requirements - Proficient communication skills in English (B2 or higher) - Minimum of 3 Years of current proven experience as a PM leading teams and managing people in a matrix environment, with international client experience required - Experience working as a project manager for a consulting or software organization or similar delivering solutions to external clients - Experience managing the full software SDLC as a project manager, including discovery, design, and development of custom solutions - Proven ability to manage complex and dynamic projects for external customers - Proven ability to manage large and simultaneous projects - Proven experience managing IT, Telephony, Software projects - Proven ability to form strong customer relationships - Proven ability to span business and technical issues - Ability and willingness to work in a highly dynamic environment - Ability to work in a global collaborative team environment - Strong business acumen and orientation - Revenue forecast management - Budget management - Bachelor's or master's degree in systems engineering and related fields Seniority level - Mid-Senior level Employment type - Full-time Job function - Project Management - Industries - IT Services and IT Consulting and Software Development
