Job Description Datavail is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting our project managers and project teams, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of projects from initiation to completion. Work Experience: - 3-6 years of experience in a project coordination, administrative, or support role - Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities - Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) - Experience using project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or Jira Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent Project Support: - Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. - Prepare and distribute project meeting minutes, agendas, etc. - Assist Project Managers in monitoring project budgets, resource plans, resource utilization, tracking expenses, and identifying potential variances. - Assist Project Managers in coordinating and scheduling meetings, workshops, and training sessions. - Assist Project Managers in monitoring and following up on RAID log activities from creation to closure. - Assist project teams and project managers in ensuring all project documentation is stored in designated systems. Data Management & Reporting: - Collect, compile, and analyze project data to generate reports and dashboards. - Assist in the development of project progress reports for stakeholders. - Identify and escalate potential issues or risks to the Project Manager.
