Key Responsibilities 1. Provide day-to-day operational support across the IT, Client Experience, and HR departments. 2. Identify inefficiencies in internal processes and implement solutions to improve workflows. 3. Serve as the main liaison for internal escalations and coordinate problem-solving with relevant departments. 4. Ensure team needs are met quickly and effectively, escalating issues related to money or budget to the Director of Operations. 5. Collaborate with the Director of Operations to align daily operations with strategic objectives.
