Parmac Inc. is a Managed Services Provider (MSP) organization with over 25 years of experience delivering design & support to IT infrastructure, both on-premise and in-cloud. As a Senior Network Support Engineer at Parmac Inc., you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical assistance to our clients, ensuring the smooth operation of their network infrastructure. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills in English, as our users are located in the USA. You will work closely with end-users, stakeholders, and service providers to diagnose and troubleshoot complex network problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of network protocols and security, as well as experience with SonicWall and Fortinet firewalls. You should also be proficient in tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, Auvik, and Microsoft Azure network monitoring and troubleshooting. Additional responsibilities include: - Monitoring network equipment via SNMP/SSH - Project planning and execution involving migration of network technologies - IPSec and SSL VPN protocols with RADIUS and MFA - SonicWall TZ, NSA, and SMA firewalls - Cisco switching (Layer 2 & 3) - Ubiquiti/UniFi switches and wireless - Backing up equipment configuration - External penetration testing and vulnerability assessment - SSL and IPSec VPN troubleshooting We offer a friendly and collaborative work environment, with opportunities for professional growth and development.
