Job Description IDEMIA is seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Manager to work closely with business leaders and line managers to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a strong ability to manage strategic customer accounts, drive business growth, and foster trust-based customer relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Manage existing customer contracts to ensure revenue, ASP, and cash collection targets are met. - Lead contract renewals and customer offer preparations. - Drive negotiations and ensure compliance with company and legal guidelines. - Foster strong customer relationships to secure long-term loyalty. - Prepare accurate budgets and revenue forecasts. - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow revenue streams. - Align customer needs with our product roadmap and lead product migrations. Requirements: - +5 years of relevant experience as an Account Sales Manager involved in project management activities, customer service experience, and global team management. - Nice to have background in Finance Industry, familiarity with Smart Cards, EMV, and cryptographic technologies. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish (native) and English (intermediate or advanced).
